IT Specialist

Viva-MTS (MTS Armenia CJSC)

- Install the requested software on workstations and fix the software failures - Maintain the hardware, fix the problems and repair/change the damaged parts - Ensure network setup, provide installation of network equipment - Implement installation process of PCs and peripherals

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field - At least 1 year of work experience in technical field - Knowledge of networking, hardware-software troubleshooting and peripherals support - Technical learning skills - Good knowledge of English and Russian languages - Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within the deadlines - Effective communication and planning skills - Ability to effectively manage change - Adaptability/flexibility - Problem solving skills
