Responsibilities
- Find new lecturers through cold calls, professional communities, Telegram and LinkedIn
- Hold short interviews with lecturer candidates and assess their experience
- Maintain the lecturer database in a spreadsheet or CRM
- Work with current lecturers: inform them about upcoming modules and collect feedback after each module
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Russian
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, speaker management or a similar role
- Not afraid of cold calls and able to negotiate
- Ready for the workload of about 5 conversations with candidates per day
- Able to maintain a database in Google Sheets, Notion or a CRM
- Use AI in your work
