- prepare visual materials and advertising banners for social media platforms - develop designs for digital and print advertising materials - create creative visuals for marketing campaigns - adapt existing designs for different platforms - prepare print-ready files in accordance with technical requirements - ensure compliance with the Bank’s visual brand identity and brand book guidelines - collaborate with other employees of the Marketing and PR Department on ongoing projects

- knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - knowledge of Figma and Adobe InDesign will be considered an advantage - knowledge of fundamental graphic design principles, composition, color combinations, and typography - knowledge of the technical requirements of digital and print design - creative thinking, a strong visual sense, and attention to detail - effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines - ability to work in a team, accept feedback, and learn quickly - at least 6 months of work experience - a portfolio is mandatory
