Social Media Specialist

- manage the Bank’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms) on a daily basis develop and implement social media content plans - prepare and edit post captions and texts - collaborate with designers and the video production team to create visual and video content - ensure the timely publication of posts and monitor the publishing process - monitor user comments on social media in collaboration with relevant departments - research emerging social media trends and propose creative ideas - monitor and analyze competitors’ social media activity - track social media performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Followers, etc.) and prepare periodic reports - maintain the Bank’s communication style and visual identity across all platforms - create, film, and publish Stories content when necessary - organize collaborations with influencers and content creators, coordinate their activities, and evaluate results

- higher education in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field - at least 1 year of work experience in social media management or digital marketing - knowledge of the features and algorithms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok - knowledge of Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools - excellent written and spoken Armenian, with good knowledge of English and Russian - ability to create well-written, creative content tailored to different target audiences - skills in creating photo and video content for social media - ability to work with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools - knowledge of influencer marketing principles and collaboration formats - ability to analyze key social media performance metrics, including Reach, Engagement Rate, and Impressions - creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to propose new ideas - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - teamwork, effective communication, and organizational skills - attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
