Internal Communication Specialist

- develop and implement communication plans and activities aligned with the Bank’s business objectives and brand strategy - create and coordinate communication content for internal and external channels, including website, social media, press releases and other communication platforms - prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, corporate news and other communication materials - coordinate communication with media representatives, journalists and other external partners - monitor media coverage, market trends and public perception of the Bank, analyze collected data - support the organization and promotion of the Bank’s events, campaigns and initiatives - coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent and timely communication of the Bank’s products, services and initiatives - support internal communication activities aimed at keeping employees informed and engaged - monitor the implementation and effectiveness of communication activities, prepare reports and recommendations to manager

- higher education in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field - at least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications or a related field - experience in developing communication content for digital and traditional media - knowledge of communication and PR practices, media relations and content development - strong writing, editing and presentation skills - strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach - excellent communication and collaboration skills - initiative and sense of responsibility - good knowledge of English and Russian
