Product Owner (Chinese & English Speaker)

- Backlog & Sprint Management: Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog. Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear technical specifications for development sprint cycles - Cross-Lingual & Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between English-speaking business stakeholders and Chinese-speaking technical/development teams (or external partners), ensuring clear alignment on priorities and requirements - Agile Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and Scrum Masters daily to clarify requirements, clear blockers, validate features, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery - Customer Insights & Feature Definition: Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through quantitative data and qualitative feedback; turn these into actionable backlog items and feature improvements - AI & Automation Integration: Evaluate and define requirements for incorporating AI capabilities and automated workflows into the product to enhance platform value and user engagement - Roadmap Execution: Align sprint goals with the overall product roadmap, continuously tracking progress and communicating delivery milestones to key stakeholders - KPIs & Delivery Metrics: Monitor platform performance and delivery velocity, using product analytics to measure feature adoption and guide continuous backlogged improvements - Go-To-Market & Release Support: Assist product marketing, sales, and support teams with feature documentation, release notes, and internal training for new rollouts

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or technical Product Manager in an Agile environment - Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts seamlessly between languages - Proven track record of owning a product backlog, writing precise user stories, and managing sprint priorities in Jira/Confluence - Familiarity with modern AI tools, automation applications, and software analytics platforms - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural and cross-functional teams - Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to keep development moving forward independently - Background in SaaS, gaming, and/or the online betting industry is a strong plus
