Loan Monitoring Specialist

- Monitor borrowers’ financial condition and identify early any factors negatively affecting loan repayment capacity in accordance with the bank’s internal regulations - Prepare and maintain schedules for ongoing loan monitoring - Ensure implementation of ongoing loan monitoring activities - Prepare monitoring reports and present results to relevant stakeholders - Assess and analyze clients’ creditworthiness in cases defined by internal regulations - Analyze department activities, develop new approaches and methods, and present improvement proposals - Manage document flow and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping processes - Ensure fulfillment of departmental tasks and assignments given by the head of the department

- Higher education in economics or mathematics - Work experience in relevant or related fields - Computer skills, good knowledge of MS excel - Knowledge of the AS-BANK system - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian - Communication and teamwork skills - Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Analytical and research skills - Accuracy and sense of responsibility
