Quality Control Operator

- Ensure only compliant products are released for packaging and shipment - Perform quality control inspections of ID cards documents - Verify the physical condition of cards, including print quality, personalization accuracy and other security features - Maintain accurate inspection and quality records - Support continuous improvement of quality, security, and efficiency in production processes - Work closely with production management, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations - Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues - Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits, KPIs, and compliance purposes - Realise inventory - Support production management to have always necessary supply to perform QC activities - Support reception of Blank ID Documents

- Strong attention to detail - Ability to identify physical and visual defects - Good observation and inspection skills - Basic computer Skills - Ability to follow quality control procedures and work instructions - Good record keeping and documentation - High school diploma or university degree - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills - Experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing environments - Experience inspecting ID cards, passports, or secure documents is an advantage - Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or shifts as required - Ability to work responsibly with sensitive information - Familiarity with quality control processes and defect classification
