- Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial ideas through detailed design - Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, 3D models, and visual presentations - Develop design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, and project objectives - Prepare, update, and maintain accurate architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle - Develop design details and documentation required for project implementation - Review and adapt design solutions based on project requirements, feedback, and implementation needs - Work closely with the project team to ensure design solutions are practical and aligned with construction requirements - Participate in site visits and provide architectural input during project implementation when required Identify design or implementation challenges and contribute to practical and effective solutions - Ensure that architectural solutions and completed works are aligned with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements - Contribute to improving design processes, documentation quality, and overall project efficiency

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field - At least 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably within construction, interior design, or project-based environments - Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, 3ds Max, and Photoshop - Good understanding of architectural design principles, materials, construction processes, and project documentation - Ability to develop projects from concept through detailed design and implementation - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required - Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural and/or interior design projects - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of design quality - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
