Product Manager (Money Transfers)

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for domestic and international money transfer services - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to launch and continuous optimization - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify new product opportunities - Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and customer needs - Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Compliance, Risk, AML, Operations, and Marketing - Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive product enhancements - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards - Manage integrations with banks, payment providers, card schemes, remittance networks, and other financial partners - Support product launches by working with internal stakeholders on go-to-market activities - Define pricing, customer value proposition, and product positioning where applicable - Stay up to date with fintech trends, payment innovations, and emerging technologies

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in the fintech, banking, or payments industry - Strong understanding of money transfer products, payment systems, and digital financial services - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Ability to define business requirements and translate them into product features - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools - Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Armenian and Russian - Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, or similar payment rails - Understanding of AML, KYC, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, and financial compliance - Experience working with mobile financial applications or digital banking platforms - Familiarity with API-based integrations - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
