- Design and develop high-performing digital and print assets, including banners, email templates, advertisements (Meta ads), social media visuals, and website creatives tailored for e-commerce brands - Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, and visual standards) - Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and AI tools to produce high-quality, scalable design assets - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal teams, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure smooth execution and strong results - Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access and long-term usability - Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving visual output

- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio - Advanced English knowledge - Experience in e-commerce will be a plus - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma - Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition - Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted design tools - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
