Senior Credit Risk Analyst

- Assess credit risk and analyze financial statements of individuals or firms to determine any and all potential risk involved in extending credit or lending money to them - Assess and analyze the conclusions of the Bank’s lending departments regarding to the customers’ operations and prepare a corresponding conclusion about the customer’s credit risk and credit decision - Conduct monthly and ad-hoc credit portfolio and sub-portfolio analysis, make visualization reports for the Senior Management - Make credit risk concentration analysis, to explore and effectively manage disproportionally large risk exposure to specific credit risks (as opposed to a diversified risk profile) - Implement stress testing based on the internally approved scenarios. Analyze and report about the results - Calculate and report on various credit risk management indicators from the Bank`s risk appetite perspective, - Develop new techniques or models for credit risk assessment, including customers’ probability of default (PD),scoring systems, stress testing etc., as well as improve the existing ones - Development of monitoring tools and reporting to the Business and Senior Management - Other duties defined by the assignments of the Division head and the Bank’s internal legal acts

- Higher Education in Economics, Finance or related field - Working Experience in Banking/Finance more than 3 year - Strong knowledge of IFRS and CBA regulations - Understanding quantitative risk measures and related modeling / methodology - Perfect attention to detail, organizational and planning skills - Strong background in mathematics and statistics - Research and analytical skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Full working proficiency in English and Russian language - Good Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python in the data analytics field is an advantage
