- Business Development: Active search and acquisition of new clients, and exploration of potential markets - Deal Management: Conducting negotiations, preparing commercial proposals, and closing contracts - Goal Achievement: Full execution of set sales targets and accountability - Sales & Operational Coordination: Monitoring and ensuring smooth flow across delivery, logistics, and sales processes - Relationship Management: Maintaining strong, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients

- Work experience in sales and distribution (experience in the building materials industry will be considered an advantage) - Market and Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn material specifications and technical data - Proficiency in CRM systems and office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) - Stress Tolerance: Ability to work calmly in high-pressure situations - Goal Orientation: Focus on achieving results and hitting sales targets - Organizational Skills: Ability to properly plan one's own workflow - Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
