Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone - Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - Excellent communication and multitasking skills - Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities - Comfortable using CRM/helpdesk tools (or quick to learn) - Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional - Previous customer service experience is preferred
