Dealer (Liquidity Manager)/Financial Markets Directorate/Domestic Markets Division

CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Conduct negotiations and execute transactions involving bonds, foreign exchange, and derivative financial instruments in the Armenian financial markets to support the effective implementation of the Central Bank of Armenia's monetary policy - Analyze and assess Armenia's macroeconomic indicators, as well as developments and trends in local and international financial markets, to support decision-making - Manage short-term liquidity in the money market to ensure the achievement of the operational objectives of monetary policy - Summarize and analyze transaction data, prepare and submit relevant reports to the Head of the Division, the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, and the members of the Board - Perform other duties related to the position and prepare analytical and informational reports as required

- Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field - Previous work experience in the financial sector is considered an asset - Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments - Knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis methods - Knowledge of banking operations and banking processes - Knowledge of macroeconomics - Knowledge of banking legislation and the regulatory framework - Good command of MS Excel - Fluency in Armenian; good command of English and Russian
