- Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements - Collaborate with business units, product owners, architects, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to define optimal technology solutions - Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose scalable and efficient solutions - Design and document end-to-end business processes, workflows, use cases, user stories, and system requirements - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations - Participate in solution design activities, ensuring business needs are translated into practical and sustainable technology solutions - Analyze data flows, system interactions, and business rules to support the implementation of enterprise-wide solutions - Support development, testing, and implementation teams by providing business context, clarifications, and requirement traceability - Assess solution alternatives, conduct gap analyses, and provide recommendations based on business value, risks, and feasibility - Ensure solution quality through reviews, validation, acceptance criteria definition, and participation in testing activities - Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, standards, and methodologies

- Higher education in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within Banking, FinTech, Telecommunications, or large enterprise environments - Strong experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis - Proven ability to work on complex technology initiatives involving multiple systems, applications, and business domains - Experience documenting business and system requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications - Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, process modeling, and requirements management methodologies - Understanding of enterprise application architecture, system interactions, APIs, and data exchange concepts - Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and solid understanding of SDLC - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills - Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints - Fluency in Armenian and professional working proficiency in English and Russian
