Corporate Customers Account Manager

- Acquire prospective clients through existing channels, including conducting negotiations with current and potential clients, as well as driving sales and cross-sales activities (B2B) - Identify clients' current banking needs and assess their financial capabilities to offer appropriate banking solutions - Manage client relationships, including providing services in line with the Bank's service standards, identifying customer complaints related to clients assigned across the unit, and taking actions to improve service quality - Promote the Bank's products through collaboration with public and private organizations and institutions within the scope of responsibilities - Ensure the accuracy, quality, completeness, and proper processing of cooperation agreements and related documentation - Ensure timely fulfillment of commitments and agreements reached with clients - Ensure compliance with internal policies, decisions, and other regulatory documents adopted by the Bank's governing bodies that relate to the unit's activities

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with corporate clients (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of sales techniques and sales processes - Excellent command of English and Russian - Proficiency in MS Office
