- Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to delivery - Communicate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and clients - Prepare and process shipping documentation - Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues - Ensure timely and accurate execution of logistics operations - Maintain shipment records and provide regular updates to customers

- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and Incoterms - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously - Proficient in MS Office and logistics software - Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
