Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities and drive new customer acquisition
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in target markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and partners
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve company objectives
- Prepare and oversee quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring sustainable business growth
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking meetings, and client visits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and sales management
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth understanding of international trade, customs procedures, Incoterms, and global shipping routes
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Experience managing key accounts and building long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
