Head of CI/CD and Infrastructure Division

- Define and lead the vision, roadmap and delivery plan of the CI/CD & Infrastructure division in line with the Bank’s strategic goals - Design and oversee scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient infrastructure architectures (on-premise and/or hybrid environments) - Lead the evolution of Kubernetes-based platforms and shared services (monitoring, logging, service mesh, secrets management, storage, networking) - Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity across multiple environments - Define infrastructure performance, reliability, and capacity management practices based on measurable KPIs and SLAs/SLOs - Design, standardize and continuously improve CI/CD platforms and pipelines (build, test, security scanning, deployment and release) using GitOps, Infrastructure as Code and automation-first practices - Ensure high availability, fault tolerance and business continuity of infrastructure and critical services - Ensure full compliance with information security, risk management, audit and regulatory requirements - Work closely with technology squads and tribes to enable efficient and high-quality delivery across the organization - Lead, develop and grow the CI/CD & Infrastructure team and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field - 6–10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles, including at least 3+ years in leadership positions - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code - Solid understanding of cloud-native and enterprise infrastructure architectures, security and reliability practices - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills - Armenian – excellent; English and Russian – good
