- Conduct activities related to the licensing and registration of newly established and existing financial institutions, including the assessment of the source of funds, granting prior approval for qualifying holdings, registration of senior managers and articles of association, as well as conducting blockchain and crypto-asset transaction tracing analysis - Conduct activities related to granting prior approval for the acquisition of qualifying holdings in the charter capital of existing financial institutions - Conduct Fit and Proper assessments of senior managers of newly established and existing financial institutions, and carry out activities related to the registration or refusal of registration of senior managers, including changes in management - Conduct activities related to the registration of the articles of association of financial institutions, as well as their branches and representative offices - Continuously assess and monitor the qualifying shareholders and senior managers of financial institutions to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements - Participate in the development, review, and improvement of legislation and internal regulatory acts governing the licensing and registration of financial institutions

- Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Law - At least 2 years of experience in the financial sector; experience in the crypto-assets industry is considered an advantage - Knowledge of financial system legislation - Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of financial institutions - Knowledge of legislation related to financial institutions, including laws, regulations, procedures, guidelines, and other regulatory acts - Knowledge of the RA legislation governing the crypto-assets sector - Practical experience in blockchain and crypto-asset transaction tracing and analysis - Knowledge of accounting principles - Excellent command of Armenian and good command of English and Russian
