- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects for the Kazakhstan market - Develop project timelines and execution plans while ensuring deadlines are met - Coordinate with internal departments, including Design, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams - Work closely with the Kazakhstan team to understand local market needs, customer behavior, and business objectives - Manage campaign launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product marketing initiatives - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues - Ensure marketing materials are localized and aligned with the Kazakhstan market - Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and partners when required - Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights - Maintain project documentation and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders - Continuously improve marketing workflows and project management processes

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or campaign management - Strong project management and organizational skills - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
