- LinkedIn Strategy — Coordinate company-page content and orchestrate AI-agent-generated posts for team members, building a consistent voice that drives reach and engagement - Social Across Markets — Plan and oversee Instagram and Facebook content for our Armenia, UAE, Georgia, and global pages - SEO & GEO — Support execution of our SEO/GEO strategy through blog posts, landing pages, and on-site content improvements that compound traffic over time - Website & Content — Create and refresh service pages, case studies, blog sections, and CTAs that turn visitors into leads - Events & Activations — Lead marketing prep for Stamina-hosted events and external participations — from pre-event buzz to post-event follow-up - YouTube & Workshops — Help plan formats, develop topics, and package content for our video and workshop programs - Paid Amplification — Run lightweight paid campaigns when needed — mostly retargeting, event promotion, and specific offers - Cross-Functional Alignment — Partner with the designer, sales team, and leadership to keep every asset on-brand and on-strategy

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content or social media management - Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and content planning - Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, blog content and landing page structure - Ability to write and edit clear marketing copy in English and Armenian - Comfortable coordinating across designers, sales teams, and management - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — you finish what you start - Curiosity for AI tools, automation, GTM, and modern marketing systems - Experience with B2B marketing, sales, or tech services is a strong plus
