Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, amendments, termination documents, and other HR-related correspondence.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and records.
Labor Law Compliance
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Armenian labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to management and employees on employment-related matters.
Monitor legislative changes and recommend updates to HR policies and procedures as needed.
Support audits and inspections related to labor compliance.
Expatriate Visa and Immigration Management
Manage end-to-end visa, work permit, residency permit, and immigration processes for expatriate employees and their dependents.
Coordinate with government authorities, immigration offices, embassies, and external service providers.
Track visa and permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain accurate records of all immigration-related documentation.
Provide support and guidance to expatriates regarding relocation and legal requirements.
Employee Relations & Support
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Assist in resolving administrative HR issues in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports, employment statistics, and compliance documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR administration experience, preferably within Armenia.
Strong knowledge of Armenian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience processing expatriate visas, work permits, and residency applications.
Experience liaising with government agencies and immigration authorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
Excellent organizational and document management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Armenian labor legislation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Fluency in Armenian and English; Indonesian language skills are an advantage.
Experience in multinational organizations.
Familiarity with international mobility and relocation processes.
HR certification or relevant professional training is an advantage
