- Answering calls - Answering chats ( Yelp, FB, Web chat ,... ) - Scheduling apointments for the customers - Filling in the CRM system in a proper way - Following up the job cases. - Other tasks assigned by the CEO
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of English - Ability to work under pressure - Flexibility - Good interpersonal communication for effective incident command.
