Responsibilities
- Support the department’s activities and participate in performance management, data collection, and KPI improvement processes, ensuring alignment of IT team performance evaluation practices with established methodologies and standards
- Propose, support, and/or implement IT culture and employee engagement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to define and improve requirements for collecting, processing, and analyzing performance-related data
- Analyze team and individual performance data and transform insights into actionable recommendations for IT leadership
- Conduct performance and People Analytics assessments to identify trends, potential risks, and development opportunities
- Support the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management and analytics tools
- Define and monitor success metrics for IT culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with IT teams and support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT performance management, People Analytics, or related fields
- Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies and employee development systems
- Basic skills in data analysis and report preparation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data processing, and analysis)
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) will be considered an advantage
- Experience working with data from management systems (e.g., HRIS, Jira, dashboards) will be considered an advantage
- Experience working with HR or performance management technologies (e.g., HRIS, analytics tools, dashboards)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
