- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points - Monitor network performance and respond to incidents to ensure stable and uninterrupted connectivity - Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures including firewalls and access control - Install and configure IT telecommunication equipment under established standards and procedures - Support connectivity between office locations, remote sites, and cloud environments - Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams - Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on routine service and equipment matters - Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate

- University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field - 1–2 years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering - Practical knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi access points) - Understanding of core networking protocols — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP - Basic experience with routing concepts: IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, and at least one routing protocol (e.g. OSPF) - Familiarity with common network services (NAT, VPN, DNS, DHCP) - Basic knowledge of firewall configuration and network security principles - Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Wireshark) - Willingness to learn and grow within a structured team environment - Attention to detail and good organizational habits - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
