Network Engineer

- Maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and site connectivity - Ensure high availability across critical infrastructure - Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS - Support vulnerability management and incident response - Deploy switches, routers, wireless, and microwave links - Support MPLS, SDWAN, VSAT, and remote connectivity - Manage Azure networking (vNETs, NSGs, DR/Backup) - Perform performance monitoring and tuning - Maintain network documentation - Own L2/L3 incident resolution - Support on-call for critical infrastructure - Approve network configuration changes

- Bachelor's Degree (Software/Computer Technology Field Preferred) or equivalent work experience - Strong Cisco/Fortinet knowledge - Mining/remote network experience preferred - Minimum 5+ years of Enterprise Network Administration experience - Experience in industrial or mining environments preferred - IT infrastructure knowledge (network, servers, cloud) - Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365) - ITIL service management practices - Cybersecurity frameworks and controls - Analytical and problem-solving capability - Communication and stakeholder management
