- Manage servers, storage, and virtualization - Maintain Azure and hybrid environments - Administer Active Directory and M365 - Administer Azure IaaS - Manage authentication and access - Implement backup and recovery solutions - Support Azure Site Recovery - Implement endpoint and infrastructure security controls - Support monitoring tools (Defender, Sentinel) - Support Helpdesk Ticket Tier 1 - Resolve Tier 2/3 issues - Support root cause analysis - Own infrastructure uptime and performance - Approve system changes and maintenance windows

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - Master's degree preferred - Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience administering cloud or infrastructure services across a large, diverse server environment - Technical proficiency including systems experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and multi-platform environment - Experience in industrial or mining environments preferred - IT infrastructure knowledge (network, servers, cloud) - Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365) - ITIL service management practices - Cybersecurity frameworks and controls - Strong leadership and team management - Analytical and problem-solving capability - Communication and stakeholder management - Project management and delivery focus
