Sales Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking - Present and sell the company’s product offerings to target clients by clearly highlighting its value - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Monitor sales performance, set sales targets, and provide regular reports on progress - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings - Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements - Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management - Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets - Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations is highly preferred - Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and lead generation techniques - Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing key accounts - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required for communication with international clients and reporting
