- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs and business goals - Converting high-level user stories into smaller tasks, making sure the task aligns with the capabilities of the platform, requiring configuration, styling, extension, or custom coding to achieve the necessary result - Conduct research and analysis of the market, competitors, and user behavior to identify opportunities for product development and optimization - Scheduling and facilitating set team processes such as daily standup, sprint planning, and demos - Maintaining a friendly ambiance within your team, engaging our Events Team to arrange ice-breaking or celebratory events for your team Plan and manage task progress in close coordination with developers and QA, notify the Management of any blockers, concerns, or issues beyond your resolution ability Maintaining active communication with stakeholders and third-party teams to resolve any pending questions with them or escalate such to your more senior colleagues Using AI tools and co-pilots to boost the efficiency and quality of your project management tasks

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - 1+ years of experience in Product/Project management in the software industry - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of IT project management tools and methodologies
