Senior AI Engineer

- Establish and maintain development standards, naming conventions, and documentation - Build and own the foundational scaffolding that agents depend on — context and convention files, shared prompt libraries, structured logging, and deterministic CI pipelines - Design and implement an agent harness framework tailored to our codebase and environment, covering task routing, context assembly, tool permissioning, and human escalation protocols - Define and lead the adoption of AI-first development workflows across the team so that agents are used to write, review, and test code - Adopt automated testing pipelines that enable QA to shift from writing tests to curating agent-generated ones - Own the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the agent harness and AI development infrastructure as the team's needs evolve

- 4–7 years of software development experience in a product or application development environment - Strong software engineering fundamentals — system design, code quality, and a deep understanding of the full SDLC - Comfortable writing and reviewing production-quality code, with hands-on experience in modern development practices including version control, code review, and CI/CD - Ability to navigate and contribute across a multi-service codebase, not just direct others - Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Augment, or similar - Experience with agent frameworks and AI-assisted workflows; ability to design and build a development harness from the ground up - Experience with establishing foundational scaffolding for agentic systems — context files, prompt libraries, structured logging, and deterministic CI pipelines - Strong project and task management skills — able to drive complex technical initiatives from definition through delivery with limited oversight - Strong communication skills — comfortable working with both technical teams and non- technical business stakeholders - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
