Responsibilities
- Review and analyze loan applications submitted by individual customers
- Make decisions on applications, approve or reject
- Assess customer income, creditworthiness, and solvency in line with Bank internal requirements
- Process collected data, prepare reports
- Execute assignments from the department head
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in economics or finance
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution, including 1 year in retail lending
- Demonstrate analytical skills
- Possess computer skills (MS Office, banking software including AS Bank)
- Demonstrate ability to act quickly in complex situations and make decisions
