CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of insurance companies’ risks, including the identification of insurance and financial risks, qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, as well as the review and evaluation of stress tests and scenario analyses - Assess the effectiveness of the actuarial function within insurance companies and the Insurance Bureau - Review the accuracy and adequacy of technical reserves by evaluating applied methodologies, reserve sufficiency, and adequacy - Assess insurance companies’ pricing policies and their soundness - Forecast potential developments in the insurance market based on financial analyses, assess their impact, and provide relevant recommendations - Provide analytical and advisory support by contributing to the development of regulatory policies and analyzing market trends and developments

- Higher education in Economics, Actuarial Science, Financial Mathematics, or a related field - At least 1 year of professional experience in the actuarial field - Knowledge of insurance legislation and the regulatory framework governing the insurance sector - Theoretical and practical knowledge of insurance companies’ operations - Knowledge of financial analysis and risk management - Skills in actuarial calculations and statistical modeling - Strong MS Excel skills - Excellent command of Armenian and good command of English and Russian
