Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests (calls, messengers, ticketing system)
- Provide technical support to users (remotely and on-site when needed)
- Manage and resolve assigned tickets
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues (Windows, networking, peripherals)
- Perform on-site visits when required
- Collaborate with the team and escalate complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows (workstations, basic server understanding)
- Understanding of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Responsibility and customer-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems
