Supplier / Inventory Manager

- Daily monitoring of inventory and operational materials - Organizing purchases and working with suppliers - Managing reorder levels and safety stock systems - Managing both small and large warehouses - Recording inventory movements in the warehouse management system - Managing tasks in Nextcloud Deck - Solving Priority 1 operational issues on the same day - Monitoring maintenance tasks, equipment, and company vehicles - Managing active orders and supplier databases - Preparing monthly operational and financial reports - Organizing transportation and operational logistics

- Strong sense of responsibility - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Ability to react quickly and solve problems efficiently - Experience working with Excel and reporting systems - Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management is a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and strong discipline
