- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, event, and partnership channels - Manage production of marketing materials — visuals, videos, and copy — coordinating with designers, videographers, and external agencies - Execute offline marketing activities including radio, outdoor, and print campaigns from brief to post-analysis - Organize and support corporate and promotional events, sponsorships, and community activations - Own vendor and agency relationships — negotiate terms, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery - Prepare and maintain the marketing event calendar, ensuring timely execution and post-event evaluation - Monitor and report on campaign performance — track KPIs, compile reports, and propose optimizations based on data - Support budgeting processes — track marketing spend, reconcile invoices, and flag deviations - Stay current on marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks — and bring actionable insights to the team

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field — mandatory - 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house) - Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels - Experience running or supporting social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar) - Familiarity with analytics tools — Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus) - Creative mindset balanced with structured, data-informed thinking - Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
