Financial Organization Audit Assistant

- Participate in audit fieldwork to verify the accuracy and compliance of financial organization records - Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to support audit findings and conclusions - Assist in identifying inconsistencies or deviations in client accounting records and provide preliminary insights - Prepare clear and well-structured audit documentation in accordance with professional standards - Contribute to the drafting of audit reports, including background, scope, findings, and recommendations - Support the development of practical recommendations to address identified issues and improve resource utilization - Conduct research and gather relevant information for assigned audit engagements - Monitor progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion in line with the audit engagement plan - Assist in the preparation of presentations and other deliverables for management and clients - Collaborate closely with senior auditors and team members throughout the audit process

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics - (ACCA student status is considered a strong advantage) - 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in: - Audit or accounting - Banking, financial institutions, or the financial services sector - Strong academic background (for early-career candidates) - Basic knowledge of IFRS standards, with an interest in financial sector specifics (e.g., banking regulations, financial instruments) - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Good written and verbal communication and reporting skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong sense of responsibility and professional attitude - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English
