Responsibilities
- Act as a career advisor by understanding the aspirations of potential candidates and mapping ACA’s educational products to their professional goals
- Proactively guide students from lead qualification to registration, utilizing rigorous follow-ups to ensure high conversion at every stage
- Conduct outbound calls proactively contacting prospective leads
- Maintain records in our CRM, tracking interactions and providing weekly reports on enrollment trends and lead quality
- Collect and group main requests received by phone & social media and provide new courses and existing processes improvements recommendations
- Manage and prioritize high-volume interactions across phone, email, and social media, maintaining a "zero-inbox" mindset and rapid response times
- Navigate complex customer concerns or objections with empathy and emotional intelligence, turning potential complaints into positive brand experiences
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, leaving no unsolved problems
- Tech Intelligence or readiness to learn
- Openness to constructive feedback and the ability to learn from mistakes to improve performance
- Native Armenian, good command of Russian, and advanced proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly find the necessary information on the web
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a strong plus
