- End-to-end management of POS, vPOS, mPOS, and FacePass services - Attracting and launching new partners (merchants) - Process management from the initial application to final activation - Coordinating the installation, configuration, and launch of terminals - Supervising the activation of features such as Refunds, Installments, and other functionalities - Monitoring and analyzing transactions - Risk assessment and making informed decisions - Collaborating with marketing, IT, and sales teams - Conducting negotiations with partners - Proposing service improvements and innovative solutions - Market research and identifying growth opportunities

- Higher education (Finance, Business, or a related field) - Work experience in banking or payment systems (preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English - Good knowledge of MS Office - Knowledge of the ArmSoft - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
