Junior Marketing Specialist

- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and steady content output (posts, reels, stories) - Produce and support short-form video content (Reels, Shorts), from ideation to basic editing, with a focus on improving reach, impressions, and engagement - Monitor social media trends and experiment with new content formats, continuously testing ideas and scaling high-performing content - Track content performance (engagement, reach, growth) and apply insights to optimize future content and improve results over time - Contribute to increasing engagement rates (likes, comments, shares, saves) and growing followers across key platforms - Assist in organizing and promoting company events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and strong visibility - Demonstrate ongoing learning and iteration by refining content strategies based on performance data and platform trends

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing - Strong understanding or experience in working with social media platforms and algorithms - Familiarity with current digital trends, especially in short-form video - Experience with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio for content management and performance tracking - Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut (or similar) - Experience using AI tools for content creation or optimization - Ability to write clear, engaging captions in both Armenian and English - Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
