Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs - Plan and execute projects, ensuring delivery on time - Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of the CRM system (Bitrix24) - Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration - Analyze and improve business processes, drive automation initiatives -Oversee system rollout and adoption, ensuring effective usage across teams - Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with business objectives - Manage system integrations and ensure data accuracy and consistency - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle - Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables

- Bachelor’s degree - 2–4 years of Project Management experience - PMP certification or formal training in Project Management methodologies is preferred - Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks and tools - Experience with process improvement and workflows - Understanding of system integrations (APIs, data flows) - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail
