- Performance of retail credit and small business customer acquisition, demand discovery, direct and cross-selling - Analysis of the client's financial and economic activity and creditworthiness assessment in compliance with the internal legal acts of the bank - Acceptance of customers’ applications - Consultation on banking services - ACRA survey conduction - Formation of the credit case within jurisdiction, insurance of the accuracy and completeness of the documents submitted for granting the loan, in accordance with the established procedure, and submission it to the decision-making body (department) for consideration - Implementation of actions and other activities aimed at the development of small businesses - Ongoing service and provision of consultations to clients who are small business entities

- Higher economic or technical education - Knowledge of legislation and regulatory framework governing banking activities - At least one year of work experience in the financial and banking system - Experience in data analysis and visualization - Computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel) - Excellent command of Armenian language - Knowledge of Russian and/or English languages
