- Monitor the current operations of agricultural companies, assess risks, and develop an audit implementation plan - Conduct financial and operational audits by reviewing accounting records, invoices, contracts, procedures, and other relevant documentation - Analyze the effectiveness of current systems, assess fraud prevention opportunities, and ensure compliance with legal regulations - Coordinate the collection, organization, analysis, evaluation, and documentation of information obtained during audit inspections - Conduct investigations and inquiries regarding potential financial leakage or fraud - Prepare and present clear and comprehensive internal audit reports that identify root causes of key deviations, propose practical solutions, and provide valuable recommendations to management - Provide timely and appropriate information to management on significant risks related to internal control and their potential impact - Coordinate follow-up actions aimed at resolving previously identified issues and eliminating deficiencies found during the audit process - Participate in staff development and knowledge-sharing initiatives - Perform and coordinate other functions related to the division’s processe

- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and risk assessment practices - Solid understanding of accounting, tax, and labor legislation - Proficiency in internal control systems - Experience in preparing and analyzing audit documentation and reports - Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate data from multiple sources - Excellent command of MS Office and accounting software (ArmSoft) - Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational abilities and effective time management - Proven leadership and team guidance capabilities - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills - High adaptability, proactiveness, and strong discipline
