Truck Dispatcher

- Booking loads and negotiating rates with brokers /shippers - Coordinate and schedule freight pickup and deliveries - Monitor driver routes and ensure on-time pickup and deliveries - Maintain communication with brokers and drivers - Handle paperwork and compliance requirements - Address and solve issues that arise during transit

- Previous experience as a trucking dispatcher (preferred) - Strong knowledge of various load boards (e.g., DAT and Truckstop ) - Excellent English knowledge, communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure
