Painter-Finisher

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling holes - Perform painting and finishing works in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and exterior surfaces - Repair drywall and prepare surfaces before painting - Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other coatings using appropriate tools and techniques - Match paint colors and finishes according to hotel standards - Protect furniture, floors, and equipment during painting works - Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition - Monitor stock of paint and materials and report replenishment needs - Keep work areas clean and organized - Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment - Respond to maintenance requests related to painting and finishing - Support preventive maintenance activities - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field - Experience in administrative coordination or engineering department coordination is an advantage - Strong organizational and documentation management skills - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to work with reports, data, and documentation - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Fluent in Armenian and English
