Responsibilities
- Coordination activities for the organization of the Bank's administrative functions - Implementation of coordination activities for the management of the Bank's construction work - Management of the Bank's vehicles, coordination activities for their ongoing maintenance and safe operation - Coordination activities for the management of the Bank's office property - Coordination activities for warehouse management and control - Coordination work for overseeing utility payments - Coordination work for organization of the Bank's Archival activities - Coordination activities for the management and control of cleaning activities of the Bank's own and/or leased premises - Development and management of activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of the Division - Ensuring fulfillment of requirements of regulations, decisions and other normaive acts related to the Division adopted by the Bank's management bodies - Training of the Bank staff and the unit staff, and/or participation in the process, mentoring
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience - Good knowledge of MS Office - Knowledge of foreign languages
