Responsibilities
- Track annual maintenance agreements and schedule contractor visits
- Prepare contracts, work completion acts, purchase orders, and other departmental documents
- Maintain departmental files, logs, reports, and documentation
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual utility and operational reports
- Maintain Engineering team schedules, attendance, and personnel records
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Maintain inventory lists for engineering consumables and supplies
- Process purchase requests and coordinate with Accounting and Procurement
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and engineering work orders
- Assist in organizing technical and safety trainings for Engineering staff
- Coordinate engineering activities with other hotel departments
- Translate documents and communication between Armenian and English when required
- Communicate with contractors and internal departments regarding maintenance works
- Support engineering team in responding to guest maintenance requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in administrative coordination or engineering department coordination is an advantage
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with reports, data, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Armenian and English
