Head of Digital Transformation

- Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through the implementation of digital solutions - Set up new technological tools (at least ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM systems) to enhance business process efficiency and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth implementation of digital solutions - Direct and oversee digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budgets, and in full compliance with established quality standards - Oversee the transformation process, providing structured support to employees in the adoption and integration of new digital tools - Develop company standards for digital and information security. Ensure data protection and compliance with company requirements and standards - Establish a system for assessing the effectiveness of implemented digital tools, conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation, and reflect the results in regular reports

- Higher education in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation and business process automation - Extensive expertise and hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems, as well as familiarity with data analysis tools - Excellent knowledge and practical experience in project management tools and methodologies - Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, recognizing interdependencies and understanding processes within their broader organizational and strategic context - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and to solve complex problems - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences - Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian
