Full-Stack Tech Lead (iGaming)

- Lead and mentor backend and frontend engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture - Own and design full-stack architecture for real-time gaming systems - Build and scale high-performance backend services and game logic using .NET Core - Guide frontend development (Vue/React) to deliver smooth, interactive user experiences - Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and standards - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, DevOps, and QA teams - Identify and solve complex performance and scalability challenges - Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions

- 5+ years of software development experience, including 1-2+ years in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role - Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and building scalable backend game service - Experience with distributed systems, databases, and caching (e.g., Redis) - Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, or similar) - Experience with real-time, high-load systems (iGaming or real-time / high-load systems preferred) - Strong system design, problem-solving, and leadership skills - Experience with concurrency, performance optimization, and real-time communication - Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams - English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
